To verify benefits, determine copay, etc., we need a picture of your insurance card, the policyholder's full name and date of birth, the client's full name and date of birth (if different), and an idea of why you are seeking treatment (anxiety, depression, substance abuse, etc.). Once the information is received, verification takes about 24 hours. This information can be shared in the first call or you can enter it here:

This is our cash pay rate for those without insurance or who choose not to use their insurance benefits.
With all cash-pay services, payment arrangements/plans are offered. In some situations, we offer a sliding-scale payment arrangement.
We are your counselor in San Antonio and your counselor in Boerne. Our office is in Leon Springs, convenient to Fair Oaks Ranch, and Helotes. We also offer Telehealth counseling, providing online therapy for anyone in Texas.

Fees for creating content for your individual needs (if applicable), prep, and travel factor into overall price and are negotiable. Fees can be paid in full by sponsoring organization, or a pay at the door/fee for attendance can be negotiated.
Out-of-town travel will add expenses.
